Submit an exchange or reshipment request for your Get Pil telehealth prescription. While federal law prohibits the return of dispensed prescription medications, we will gladly arrange a secure reshipment for orders that are lost by the carrier, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to a pharmacy error.

Please Note: By law, pharmacies cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left the facility. However, if your medication is damaged in transit, lost by the courier, or if you received the incorrect item, we will immediately authorize a replacement reshipment at zero cost to you.
